First Day of Ramadhan

Due to Covid-19 situation in Sabah, Bazaar Ramadhan have been ban by the government, I was a little disappointed with it but for our health and country we need to obey and accept it. Since bazaar did not open, My mom cook Nasi Biryani with curry chicken. It was very good and make me realize that our mother’s touch is the best. Even though bazaar did not open I was very happy to spen time and eating for first day of ramadhan with my family 🤍


Ramadan Kareem

Even though bazaar has been close , I want to share about my favorite food from my past year of ramadhan and first thing that I will find if I go to bazaar ramadhan. Since its only once a year , there are many type and variation of food. You can choose whatever you want, but for me first thing I will find is Murtabak. Murtabak is a stuffed pancake or pan-fried bread which is commonly found in the Arabian Peninsula and Southeast Asia, notably in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Thailand. Its really delicious and I have been eat it since I was in the first grade. For drinks usually I will find whether Teh Ais Cincau, Milo Ais or Orange Juice. For side dishes a lot of kueh can be choose such as Kueh Lapis, Kueh Talam, Pulut Panggang and many more. This all is my favourite especially in Ramadhan. All of this is easy to find and guarantee will make you satisfied.

I hope the situation of Covid-19 in Sabah will getting better. Its kinda unfortunate that we cannot celebrate ramadhan event especially bazaar. Its been two times that bazaar got ban in Sabah so I hope in the further future the situation will go back to normal so we can celebrate together with friends or family in bazaar without even worried about virus spreading 🤍

Hello guys! For today I want to share about Suluk Language, I will give 10 words of Suluk Language. Even though my original race is Bajau but I cannot speak in Bajau because I get use to Melayu Language since I was kid. So the other languages that I can understand and communicate well is Suluk.

Tips to Stay Fit and Healthy at Home

Hello guys ! During this pandemic we know that we cannot go outside or go to gym for exercise, due to that we need to find another alternative to exercise. So for today I want to share about 10 tips to stay fit and healthy at home

1. Plan
Make schedule and make exercise or a workout a priority. So with this it will more systematic and help you to be more discipline

2. Drink water
Water is really important to our body. It helps regulate the temperature of your body. You should drink a lot of water and make it a habit. Drink water also will prevent hydrated

3. Start slow
In order to be consistent in exercise, you need to start slow. Even though you are beginner or pro, you will get too tired and your muscle cannot to take. In the end it will cause you sick

4. Stand up and move
We know that when we are at home we will always sleep or sit. So to make you more healthier you must move a lot so your muscle will keep burning calories. Sitting for long periods can cause back pain

5. Set up gym area
First thing you must do before you workout is find a good place and materials for workout. You can buy gym equipment such as dumbbell or you just just can watch some exercise on youtube and follow the step.

6. Change your workout routine
In order to stay fit, you must try another method of workout. If you only use dumbbell it will only make you hand more stronger but not for your whole body. So try another workout that suitable and make you more fit and healthy for whole body such as high intensity interval training (HIIT)

7. Use technology
Nowadays there are many helpful technology that you can use for you exercise. You can download an apps that provide exercise step and analysis of your health. Smart fitness watches also can help monitor your progress as well

8. Add more fibre to diet
Exercise is not the only way to stay fit and healthy. The main part of all of this is from food that you eat. Even though you exercise until you tired but you still consume burger or carbonate drinks then it will be useless. So you need to consume more fibre such as eating more fruit and vegetables.

9. Set up a self care routine
Mental and emotional health are really important when you workout. If you have your own goals such as to burning fat more then you need to boost your mental because it will hard to consistent but you cannot take it too much because it will cause your mental breakdown when the results are not satisfying. So you need to know when to stop and when to start.

10. Make all of above a habit
Consistency is the key to staying fit and healthy. Once you make this a habit, you will see a good result.

With all of this tips, I hope it will help you and motivate you to stay fit and healthy even when you are at home. There is no reason to stop exercise. This is all for your future and for your health.

1. Be generous and warm hearted

Decide to become generous and to help people you meet along the way, especially if you can identify with them.

2. Enjoy your work

Don’t do anything you don’t enjoy, however well paid. Even the paid is high but it will only make you stress

3. Do your own thing

You must decide what the best for your own future , don’t follow others just be yourself

4. Take your time

Life is not a sprint.It’s a marathon. You don’t to be the fastest human to success. Just keep slow and steady, you will make it in the future

5. Learn from mistake

Everybody have mistake in their life, so we must keep improve ourselves so that their will more success than mistakes

6. Never give up

No matter what you have been through or no matter what obstacles in front of you , always remember every hardship comes ease

7. Get ideas from people

To develop a high-results approach, you need to come across unusually productive ideas. Keep learning because everyone have their own talent, so get idea from them so you can move forward

8. Ask questions

If you don’t understand , don’t be shy to ask. If this will make you become better then you must make it an habit.

9. Respect

No matter where you been or what you do, first thing you must respect others. Especially your family and teacher. To gain respect you must respect others too

10. Be active

In school you must always be active, with this you will become more brave and courage to be in front. This will help your skill becomes more better especially in speech
